There is nothing like a beautiful day, a spectacular coastline and some sea air to clear the head and provide some sense of perspective. My faith in humanity has taken a bit of a beating in the past 48 hours so a walk along the Coastal Walk in nearby Bouddi National Park with Glenn this morning was a very good idea.
