A previously undiscoverd photo taken way back in 2017 on our road trip up the centre of the USA. I cannot recollect exactly where it was taken except that it was on the road heading north of Memphis but I do remember it was a Saturday and in the small towns we passed through vendors were firing up their roadside barbecues. Out of curiosity I stopped and had a chat with this very personable chef. The beef brisket looked delicious but I was not feeling hungry enough to tackle one of the huge chunks.
