Down here in Terrigal we are having the most superb weather.Christmas Day and Boxing Day were stunning as was New Years Day and this weekend and most of the days in between.With most of the population on holiday there will be a lot of happy and tanned people around.Ice cream sellers must be very happy.The above photo was taken at 11.33 this morning and shows Terrigal Beach.I have never seen it so crowded.
In South Australia and Victoria thay are having heatwave (40ºC plus) conditions and catastrophic bushfires.Inland NSW is very hot- here on the coast it is a (just) bearable 30ºC in the shade at home but it would be a lot hotter than that on the beach.Leica X Vario photo.
