A Classic Day

Today it was the annual Shannons Classic Motor Festival at Sydney MotorSport Park in western Sydney.Another beautiful winter's day and a massive turnout of over 2500 classic cars although the motorcycle were disappointing .Everything from the very mundane to the truly magnificent-a 1930s V16 Cadillac .
A good turnout of early cars from the Porsche club including my 1971 2.2.
I struggle to get original photos at these events.Probably because I spend too much time talking to people and looking at weird cars.
A beautiful fast early morning run down but heavy and fast moving traffic on the way home-80 mins in a 42 year old car with a challenging gearbox in fast heavy traffic is demanding driving.I needed that beer.
